Description

We're a growing workers’ compensation services organization with a national footprint and a reputation for delivering measurable results to carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and public entities. Our solutions support better outcomes, cost containment, and long-term partnerships across the workers’ compensation lifecycle. As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive to accelerate new business growth and build lasting client relationships across the U.S.


The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a consultative, results-oriented sales professional who understands the workers’ compensation ecosystem and thrives in a hunter-style environment. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and closing new business across a national territory.


You will have the backing of a strong operations and clinical team, proven service offerings, and leadership that values autonomy, accountability, and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a national pipeline of new business opportunities within the workers’ compensation market 
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts with carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and public entities 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and position tailored WC solutions 
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity reporting 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience within workers’ compensation, managed care or related healthcare services is preferred 
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close deals 
  • Experience managing a large, multi-state or national territory 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management


Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to sit most of the day. Candidates must be able to use a keyboard most of the day. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently. Candidate must be able to provide and confirm safe home office environment. Home office must be HIPAA compliant.
