Description

We’re looking for Member Support Agents to represent one of Australia’s leading retailers of electronics and whitegoods. You’ll be the first point of contact for our premium service customers, managing cases for faulty products, facilitating repair claims, and ensuring every enquiry is resolved with care and efficiency

                   What you'll be doing

  • Provide inbound, outbound, and email customer service, assisting customers with enquiries about products, repairs, and service issues.
  • Manage an average of 35 calls per day, ensuring each interaction is professional, accurate, and timely.
  • Proactively manage email communications, responding to customer enquiries and follow-ups to maintain service standards.
  • Liaise with retail stores, suppliers, and service providers to resolve issues efficiently and provide seamless support.
  • Act as the voice of the company, taking ownership of each interaction to deliver a one-stop, high-quality service experience.
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting eligible customers with their offers and ensuring they receive their StoreCash rewards seamlessly.
  • Provide information and guidance in line with company policy and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Apply your skills in a new context, expand your knowledge of retail support and case management, and continue making a meaningful impact for customers.

What we're looking for

  • Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
  • Passion for helping customers and delivering great experiences
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience (preferred but not essential)
