Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator and Product Owner to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision, driving the optimization and enhancement of our internal Salesforce platform to support key business objectives.

 

As our Salesforce Administrator/Product Owner, you will take full ownership of our internal Salesforce Unlimited platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal Salesforce initiatives, including daily administration, new functionality enhancements, and key improvements to support and streamline our sales processes. This role requires a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to managing and evolving our Salesforce ecosystem.

 

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal business stakeholders across sales, marketing, delivery, finance and executive leadership to ensure Salesforce effectively supports our operating model, reporting needs, and growth objectives.

 

This role wears many hats: Salesforce Administrator and declarative Developer, Product Analyst, Internal Consultant, Troubleshooter, Project Manager, Trainer, and trusted advisor to the business. Internal teams will rely on your guidance for Salesforce best practices, system design, and the platform long-term roadmap in support of Bridgenext’s internal operations.

 

Candidates should be equally comfortable presenting complex concepts to business leaders or technical teams, have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality, and act as a knowledgeable liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce platform expert for Bridgenext’s internal org, guiding design decisions and best practices as we roll out additional functionality

     

  • Triage and manage internal Salesforce support requests, resolving issues directly when possible and escalating or partnering with other resources as needed

     

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve and streamline marketing, sales, delivery, managed services, and operational workflows

     

  • Proactively facilitate internal requirement gathering and discovery sessions, synthesizing business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements

     

  • Configure and maintain declarative Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and security model

     

  • Assist internal teams in resolving issues related to reporting, data integrity, integrations, and user adoption

     

  • Maintain and evolve internal Salesforce documentation to support enablement, onboarding, and knowledge transfer

     

  • Identify, assess, and communicate scope changes or enhancement opportunities for the Salesforce platform

     

  • Guide internal stakeholders through new Salesforce release testing, deployment planning, and change management

     

  • Evaluate existing configurations and processes to identify gaps, architectural concerns, and improvement opportunities

     

  • Research and propose solutions when requirements fall outside current platform capabilities or prior experience

     

  • Support internal agile practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery coordination

Workplace: Based in Argentina, with availability for meeting during EST

 

 

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, internal salesforce administration, or product ownership roles.

     

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including:
    • Flows and automation
    • Security and access controls
    • Declarative tools
    • Data model design
  • Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, clarify business needs, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations used by internal business teams, not just isolated functions
  • Comfortable reviewing existing Salesforce orgs to identify technical debt, architectural risks, and optimization opportunities

     

     

  • Ability to solution thoughtfully without defaulting to custom code

     

     

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams

     

     

  • Familiarity with agile delivery models, backlog management, and tools such as Jira and Confluence

     

     

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain tradeoffs and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

     

  • Salesforce certifications:
    • Administrator / Advanced Administrator
    • App Builder
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal standards, documentation, and onboarding
  • This role supports US-based, English-speaking internal stakeholders, requiring strong English communication skills

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce experience strongly preferred

     

  • Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Experience Cloud certifications a plus

     

  • Experience supporting operational reporting, forecasting, and internal performance metrics
