We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem as we transition key business processes into the platform. This role will focus on Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, playing a critical part in system administration, marketing automation, and process design.
The ideal candidate will combine technical Salesforce administration skills with business analysis capabilities, helping translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Exposure to or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to perform business analysis, process mapping, and solution design
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Salesforce certification is highly desirable, such as:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments
- Configure and manage users, permissions, workflows, and system settings
- Support marketing automation initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work with stakeholders to map, design, and improve business processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Assist with integrations and data management across Salesforce platforms
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Nice to Have
- Experience working across both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Background in marketing automation or customer journey management
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in Salesforce implementations
