Accountabilities:
As a Salesforce AgentForce Specialist/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing AI-powered Salesforce solutions. You will combine development expertise, AI capabilities, and business understanding to create scalable applications that improve efficiency and user experiences.
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents for customer-facing and internal service use cases.
- Create agent instructions, topics, and actions using Agentforce Studio and apply prompt engineering best practices.
- Integrate Agentforce solutions with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable context-aware AI experiences using unified customer and case data.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows to support automation and system integrations.
- Build and optimize Einstein Prompt Builder templates for use cases such as case summarization, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, and anomaly detection.
- Integrate AI models, third-party LLM solutions, and RAG frameworks while improving AI response accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and Agentforce issues, monitor solution performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, follow Salesforce development standards, and ensure long-term scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across Salesforce and AI development initiatives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce developer with strong knowledge of AI-powered Salesforce technologies and the ability to deliver complex solutions. You should have a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on work with Salesforce platforms and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AI solutions, or Data Cloud implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation tools.
- Experience with Agentforce Studio, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud configuration, including data streams, DMOs, and identity resolution.
- Experience integrating APIs, third-party services, and external systems with Salesforce.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts, AI model integration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher; Service Cloud certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in Agile and collaborative environments.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within deadlines.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud or Data Cloud are a plus.
