Salesforce Application Consultant with German

We are looking for an experienced Senior Applications Consultant (Salesforce) to join a high-impact project requiring a unique combination of business analysis expertise and hands-on Salesforce configuration skills.

This role is ideal for a senior professional who not only understands business needs but can also design and build advanced Salesforce solutions, especially using Flows.

• Allocation: Full-time (1 FTE)
• Work model: Remote + occasional travel to Berlin
• Languages: German (mandatory, fluent) + English

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows (core focus of the role)
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Core Cloud functionalities
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs and platform best practices
• Support ongoing improvements and optimization of Salesforce applications
