Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, scripts, and test data.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Test Salesforce Service Cloud / Service Console, Case Management, Queues, Workflows, Flows, Reports & Dashboards.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data.
- Manage defects through identification, triage, tracking, retesting, and closure.
- Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders.
- Perform regression and smoke testing following Salesforce releases/deployments.
- Maintain requirements traceability and QA documentation.
- Provide QA status, quality metrics, risks, and release-readiness recommendations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, BAs, and project stakeholders.
- Minium of 7+ years of QA/testing experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
