Role: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, CA Only (Remote)
Experience: 10+ Years

What will this person do?

• Manage and support Salesforce for the Presales team.
• Create and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.
• Track Presales activities, events, and Opportunities in Salesforce.
• Manage Consensus or similar demo tools used by Sales teams.
• Handle user access, onboarding, roles, and permissions using Salesforce and Okta SSO.
• Create and manage UAT testing, test scripts, and bug validation.
• Work with Sales, Presales, Sales Operations, and IT to understand requirements and improve processes.
• Write user stories, functional requirements, and process flows.
• Must Have 8+ years Salesforce experience as a BSA, Salesforce Administrator, or Solution Architect.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce objects, data models, and Flows.
• Experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
• Strong UAT/testing experience.
• Experience gathering requirements from business users.
• Experience with Okta/SSO and user access management is important.
• Must be able to work independently and communicate well with non-technical users.
• Simple Candidate Profile: Looking for a Salesforce BSA who can manage Salesforce, gather requirements, write user stories, handle UAT, manage user access, and work with Sales/Presales teams.
