Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce architecture and enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives.
  • Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
  • Architect and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
  • Build AI-powered solutions using Agent force, Prompt Builder, and Salesforce AI.
  • Design Data Cloud solutions and customer data strategies.
  • Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Web Methods, and middleware.
  • Define Salesforce standards, best practices, and governance.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and solution design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Mentor developers, administrators, and technical leads.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce Development and Architecture experience.
  • Salesforce Architecture and Enterprise Implementation experience.
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Agent force and Salesforce AI.
  • REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events.
  • Web Methods and Middleware Integrations.
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.
  • Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD, DevOps, Copado.
  • Salesforce Security, Data Model, and Performance Optimization.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
