Salesforce Business Analyst (Agentforce)

Your responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Translate requirements into detailed, Salesforce-ready specifications (objects, flows, integrations, Agentforce use cases)
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to ensure feasibility and proper data model alignment
• Support UAT preparation, testing, and defect triage
• Explain expected Agentforce behavior and its impact on configuration and processes
• Ensure smooth handover from requirements to development
• Contribute to high-quality delivery in a production Salesforce environment
