Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and document business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers and IT team members to develop innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison and represent the department on project teams.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.
  • Communicate complex concepts in understandable terms to management and end-users.
  • Mentor other team members and facilitate communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce functional design and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and Approval Processes.
  • Ability to create reports and understand Salesforce data models.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.

Preferences

  • Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with data security and encryption.
  • Experience in training end-users and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
  • Expertise in Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
