🔍 What You’ll Do

📊 Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify needs and pain points
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories

🧩 Solution Design Support

• Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

⚙️ Process Optimization

• Evaluate current workflows and propose improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities

🧪 Testing & Validation

• Define test cases and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

📚 Documentation & Training

• Create user guides and process documentation
• Deliver training sessions to end-users

🤝 Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce initiatives
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

💼 What You Bring

🎯 Experience

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst

🧠 Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Solid understanding of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity, case management, customer service)
• Experience with Flows and Process Builder
• Ability to build reports and dashboards for actionable insights
• Familiarity with data models and security architecture in Salesforce
• Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories

💻 Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components
• Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts
• Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader)
• Exposure to training management solutions is a plus
