SUMMARY Responsible for designing effective Salesforce solutions that support business operations and platform growth across the division. This role works closely with business stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. This role plays a key role in shaping Salesforce capabilities, improving business workflows, and ensuring that technology solutions align with enterprise goals, platform best practices, and long-term scalability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.Translates business requirements into solution designs aligned with Salesforce capabilities, data models, and integration patterns.Develops comprehensive business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps to guide the development and implementation teams.Participates in design discussions and helps evaluate technical options for new features or enhancements.Supports and/or facilitates UAT for Salesforce feature releases to ensure solutions meet requirements.Partners with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure configuration, customization, and integrations meet business needs, architectural standards and Salesforce best practices.Evaluates system impacts, dependencies, and data flows across Salesforce and connected systems.Documents system workflows, data mappings, and integration requirements to support development and long-term scalability.Supports Agile ceremonies, as needed, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPls) to measure the success and adoption of Salesforce initiatives.Stays up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends to inform business recommendations.Evaluates business processes and recommends improvements through Salesforce configuration, automation, or integrations.Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).QUALIFICATIONS
