This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce consulting, solution delivery, and ongoing client success within a dynamic managed services environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The position involves hands-on configuration, development, and support across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud and Field Service. You will also collaborate with project managers, delivery leaders, and AI specialists to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. In this role, you will not only implement systems but also continuously optimize and enhance them to meet evolving client needs. Accountabilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and deliver Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Field Service, Digital Engagement, and related modules.
- Use Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Automation, and configuration features) to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and project managers to track progress, define responsibilities, and ensure successful project execution.
- Support solution design, QA, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities for client implementations.
- Partner with technical and AI teams to develop innovative, data-driven Salesforce solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for managed service clients.
- Contribute to mentoring team members and sharing knowledge on Salesforce best practices and new platform features.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on project experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, or development.
- 1+ year of experience working directly with the Salesforce platform in a technical or functional capacity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, Community Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Experience solving complex business use cases using Salesforce capabilities and automation tools.
- Familiarity with customer service processes and project management concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, or Community Cloud) are a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented mindset, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
