This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst (BSA) in United Kingdom.
This role focuses on bridging business needs and technical Salesforce CPQ solutions within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and support end-to-end solution design.
The position involves hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration and collaboration with developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
You will actively contribute to system enhancements, automation improvements, and scalable CRM solutions.
The role is highly collaborative, involving regular interaction with clients through workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
It offers exposure to complex Salesforce implementations and opportunities to work on multiple concurrent projects in an international setup.
Accountabilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working directly with clients and end users.
- Translate requirements into user stories and define to-be process flows supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ and related cloud tools to implement business requirements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test, validate, and ensure solution alignment with requirements.
- Participate in workshops, requirement sessions, demos, UAT, and end-user training activities.
- Evaluate and support the integration of new technologies into existing Salesforce frameworks.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to Salesforce CRM environments.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ Business Analysis and implementation.
- Practical experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including workflows and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows (required), Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in UAT coordination, testing, and end-user training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
