You will play a key role in designing and delivering Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining high-quality support and continuous improvement. The role combines functional consulting, configuration, and support activities.

πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

πŸ—οΈ Build / Project Delivery

  • Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations
  • Configure products, bundles, pricing, and rules:
  • Product Bundles (Static & Dynamic)
  • Price Books & Discount Schedules
  • Product Rules & Price Rules
  • Quote Templates & Terms
  • Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
  • Collaborate with developers on customizations (Apex, Flows, LWC)

βš™οΈ Run / Application Support

  • Provide Level 2 functional support for CPQ
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Support business users (Sales, Operations)
  • Assess impact of Salesforce releases and CPQ upgrades
  • Maintain documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

βœ… Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (2–4 years)
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ core components and configurations
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Exposure to Build & Run delivery models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud
  • Knowledge of Apex, Flows, and integrations
  • Experience in multi-country or enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
