You will play a key role in designing and delivering Salesforce
CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining high-quality
support and continuous improvement. The role combines functional
consulting, configuration, and support activities.

ποΈ Build / Project
Delivery
- Design
and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Translate
business requirements into functional configurations
- Configure
products, bundles, pricing, and rules:
- Product
Bundles (Static & Dynamic)
- Price
Books & Discount Schedules
- Product
Rules & Price Rules
- Quote
Templates & Terms
- Support
testing phases (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
- Collaborate
with developers on customizations (Apex, Flows, LWC)
βοΈ Run / Application Support
- Provide
Level 2 functional support for CPQ
- Analyze
and resolve incidents and service requests
- Support
business users (Sales, Operations)
- Assess
impact of Salesforce releases and CPQ upgrades
- Maintain
documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on
experience with Salesforce CPQ (2β4 years)
- Strong
knowledge of CPQ core components and configurations
- Experience
with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Exposure
to Build & Run delivery models
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability
to interact with business stakeholders

- Salesforce
CPQ Specialist Certification
- Experience
with Sales Cloud
- Knowledge
of Apex, Flows, and integrations
- Experience
in multi-country or enterprise environments
