This role sits at the intersection of customer data strategy, Salesforce architecture, and digital transformation, focusing on building unified, real-time customer experiences. You will design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that enable identity resolution, segmentation, and personalized engagement across multiple channels. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into robust data models and actionable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The position involves hands-on configuration, integration, and optimization of Data Cloud environments within a fast-evolving enterprise ecosystem. You will also play a key role in enabling AI-driven personalization and data governance best practices. This is a high-impact consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex data challenges and shaping next-generation customer platforms.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud ecosystems.
- Develop and optimize data models, identity resolution frameworks, segmentation logic, and calculated insights to support real-time personalization use cases.
- Manage data ingestion, activation workflows, and integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, connectors, and external data sources.
- Implement governance models, zero-copy/federation strategies, and sandbox environments to ensure scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing support for Data Cloud configurations and activation flows.
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities across enterprise systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including 2–3+ years working specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud One, including multi-org environments, staging schemas, and governance models.
- Strong expertise in identity resolution, data modeling, segmentation, and customer data architecture.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external data platforms.
- Proficiency in APIs, MuleSoft, data ingestion pipelines, and activation channels such as CRM, marketing, and personalization tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and secure data practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI/Agentforce, Martech/Adtech tools, or regulated industries is a plus.
