Job Description:
  • Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio, as the application landscape is heavily built on LWC and OmniStudio frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite teams and business stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills:
Salesforce Development:
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • OmniStudio
    • Apex
    • Visualforce
    • Lightning Components
    • Aura Framework
    • Salesforce Integrations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Java or .NET development.
  • Experience working in the Healthcare Payer domain.
  • Object-Oriented Programming experience in J2EE/.NET platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications:
Mandatory:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Salesforce App Builder Certification
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (DEV 501 / Platform Developer II)
Good to Have:
  • Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 301)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
