As a Salesforce Developer at UL Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our global Salesforce ecosystem. This fully remote position is based in Poland and offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders across multiple regions. You will design and deliver scalable solutions that support business growth, digital transformation, and our journey toward becoming an AI-enabled, agentic enterprise. Working closely with a global team, you will help ensure we embrace configuration over customization wherever possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to serve as the Salesforce Developer in a recently implemented global Salesforce environment with a focus on Service Cloud development & configuration projects, with opportunities to work across (collaborate and/or deliver) solutions that impact Sales & Field Service Clouds.
Serve as the hands-on developer for small to large scale initiatives for multiple Salesforce instances, integrations and related applications through the design, development, testing and implementation phases
Develop & deploy solutions that support the aggressive deployment & evolving solutions in Agentforce & Data360 in support of UL’s journey to become an agentic enterprise
Develop new and support existing Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
Work with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with key applications
Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, procedures, and change management controls
Lead/Advance Salesforce coding standards, frameworks, and re-usable patterns for our development team to leverage
Write technical design documents and perform code reviews.
Provide training and assistance to team as necessary, we are a smart, growing global team
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes and enhancements
Performs other duties as directed.
University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
5+ years hands-on advanced Salesforce development experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Clouds, consulting experience preferred
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, II and Platform App Builder Certifications required
Salesforce Sales, Service, Community (Experience) Cloud Consultant Certifications preferred.
Advanced proficiency in and experience with Apex, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, application lifecycle management, object-oriented programming, system integration, ETL tools and webservices
Experience developing across multiple systems which may include Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce, Experience Clouds; Oracle ERP, web applications, web services, system integration, data strategy, and reporting services.
Strong organizational, communication and writing skills
Agile project management experience a must have
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects.
Experience with Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps, Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Informatica, and Marketo preferred
Understanding of Version Control Systems like Git, SVN, CVS, Bitbucket preferred
What we offer
Total Rewards: We understand that compensation is an important consideration as you plan your next career move. The salary range for this position in Poland is PLN 115,200 to 153,500, and is determined based on multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. While this represents the typical range for the role, we may offer a higher salary for candidates with exceptional experience or expertise. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
