This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer L3 in India.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade Salesforce Service Cloud solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work on building scalable and efficient CRM systems that directly improve customer and agent experiences across complex business processes. The position involves hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration tools, while also participating in integrations with external systems. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and senior developers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Operating within an Agile environment, you will take part in sprint cycles, code reviews, and continuous delivery practices. This role is ideal for a developer who is eager to deepen their Salesforce expertise while contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Service Cloud functionalities such as Case Management, Console, Omnichannel, and Knowledge.
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development artifacts.
  • Implement and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and related integration tools.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce platform components including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permissions, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and senior developers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment activities across environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment phases.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong exposure to Service Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration including flows, custom objects, validation rules, security model, and data architecture.
  • Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems and Salesforce deployment tools/processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile, collaborative development environments.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
