WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to support our clientâs Salesforce platform, and Marketing Cloud. You'll play a key part in optimizing user experience, performance, and scalability for business-critical applications while driving innovation in a collaborative, high-impact role.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work remotely to support daily operations and ongoing enhancements for our clientâs various platforms, including Salesforce, a Knowledge Sharing Portal, and public websites. The goal is to improve the overall user experience, maintainability, and functionality of these business applications. Our clientâs environment includes Salesforce Services and Marketing Cloud.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce front-end development.
- Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud and integrating user-facing components with CRM workflows and business processes.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, web standards, and best practices in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and ensuring accessibility (WCAG compliance).
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in an Agile environment, with experience working across multiple teams (e.g., developers, designers, business analysts).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and maintain user interfaces, workflows, and the overall user experience within the Salesforce platform, focusing on high-quality, responsive design.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning components and other declarative tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, Salesforce administrators, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers to gather requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Ensure that all interfaces adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are optimized for cross-browser compatibility.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end performance, usability, and browser inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, releases, and patches, and provide post-implementation support.
