Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect

Location: California (CA) / Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer / Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, particularly within the Health Cloud ecosystem, and have experience working in the Life Sciences or Pharma domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
• Architect scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
• Implement solutions using modern Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system integration

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience as a hands-on Lead Developer or Architect
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience working in Life Sciences / Pharma industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in:
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Apex
  • Einstein Analytics / AI capabilities
  • Agentforce (or similar Salesforce AI tools)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences/Pharma)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
