The Role

  • Take over ongoing maintenance and support of what has been built
  • Contribute to new build work, including features large and small, and the creation of clear documentation
  • Inform and implement strategies for CI/CD, test automation, and AI-driven software development

Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience leading the ongoing development and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development  in Sales Cloud and CPQ, with expert-level understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, architecture, and best practices.

  • Skilled in creating clear documentation and technical artifacts to support scalable development.
  • Experienced in agile environments, contributing to empowered teams and participating in standard agile ceremonies.
  • Applies modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review, QA preview/review, and test automation.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to align technical development with business objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
