This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Operations & Data Quality Specialist based in India.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of a growing technology-driven organization by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical business data. As a key member of the operations team, you will oversee Salesforce data quality, support licensing and renewal processes, and help maintain reliable customer records across multiple platforms. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify issues, implement corrective actions, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving data challenges, improving workflows, and supporting scalable business operations in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Monitor Salesforce error queues and operational dashboards to identify data quality issues affecting licensing and renewal processes.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies, including duplicate, incomplete, missing, or mismatched customer and renewal records.
  • Perform manual record corrections and maintain accurate account mappings to ensure consistent customer data across Salesforce and related systems.
  • Support customer and billing profile maintenance while ensuring high standards of data integrity across operational platforms.
  • Escalate complex system issues to technical teams with clear documentation and appropriate supporting information.
  • Produce reports on recurring data quality trends, operational metrics, and cleanup progress to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall data governance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Quality, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, record maintenance, and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Experience building effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting operational improvements.
  • Experience with SaaS, subscription, licensing, or renewal operations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian licensing environments is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
