What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Platform Lead within our Corpay Operations division. This position falls under our Revenue Operations line of business and is fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the US. We are unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship, so we are only able to consider US Citizens or Green Card holders.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the Salesforce platform end-to-end, overseeing Salesforce administration and development activities, managing integrations with key go-to-market platforms, and serving as the technical and functional leader for Salesforce across the organization. This role is hands-on and strategic, with the expectation that the Platform Lead will evolve into managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce Administrators. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue and CRM Automation and regularly collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Corporate IT.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Owning Salesforce administration and development activities, including hands-on configuration, declarative automation, and Apex-based customization
Reading, understanding, and debugging Apex code to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
Demonstrating strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including standard and custom objects, object relationships, and general database concepts
Serving as a subject-matter expert on Lead, Campaign, and Opportunity relationships, including standard Salesforce behavior during lead conversion and how Primary Campaign Source is populated when a lead associated with a campaign converts to an opportunity
Managing sprint planning, release management, and environment governance, following established DevOps policies and best practices
Overseeing release schedules, change management processes, and deployment activities using Salesforce release management tools
Implementing and integrating AppExchange and go-to-market platforms (Outreach, Marketo, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, etc.) into Salesforce
Leading and supporting API-based integrations, partnering closely with Corporate IT and external vendors as needed
Working with large and complex datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and usability across Salesforce and downstream systems
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
Ensuring Salesforce security, compliance, and data integrity across users, objects, fields, and integrations
Identifying, prioritizing, and reducing Salesforce technical debt
Supporting integrations with additional platforms in the technology stack (Clari, Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Coaching and guiding Salesforce Administrators, with the expectation of evolving into a people management role
Communicating proactively, clearly, and transparently with business partners and team members
Qualifications & Skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Strong Salesforce platform fundamentals, including the ability to read and debug Apex code, understand standard and custom objects, and explain how those objects relate to one another
Solid data competency and general database knowledge; experience working with large datasets is highly desirable
Strong understanding of Salesforce Campaign, Lead, and Opportunity objects, including standard system functionality that links these objects together through lead conversion and campaign attribution
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
Proven experience owning sprint and release management processes, including familiarity with DevOps tools and best practices (experience with Copado or DevOps Center preferred)
Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketo; experience with additional AppExchange or go-to-market tools is a plus
Understanding of API integrations and integration patterns; deeper API experience is strongly preferred
Experience working in corporate IT environments with formal sprint and release schedules
Revenue Operations experience is strongly preferred, particularly supporting sales and marketing processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring or guiding Salesforce Administrators
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $120,000 - $160,000.
