Accountabilities:
In this role, you will serve as a Salesforce architecture expert responsible for designing and guiding end-to-end Experience Cloud solutions that align with client business objectives and technical requirements. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with Salesforce best practices while enabling business transformation.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to define business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and architect solutions leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.
- Define solution strategy and roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term digital transformation goals.
- Provide guidance on system integration, infrastructure design, and technical architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure solutions follow best practices in user experience and journey design.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, developers, and functional team members.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, standards, and emerging platform capabilities.
- Support project delivery by reviewing technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans.
Requirements:
This role requires strong experience in Salesforce consulting and solution architecture, with a proven ability to design enterprise-grade CRM and digital experience solutions. You combine technical depth with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and you are comfortable working in complex, multi-system environments.
- Significant experience in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or business process design.
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing business processes across multiple systems.
- Deep experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and implementation (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud (strong asset).
- Understanding of UX principles and digital experience design fundamentals.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Experience working with design artifacts such as wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with integration design and custom web components (plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with client-facing experience.
- Continuous learner with curiosity for emerging technologies and Salesforce innovations.
- Experience using visualization tools such as Lucidchart (plus).
