This is a high-impact client-facing architecture role focused on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that transform how organizations engage with their customers, partners, and employees. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through strategy, design, and implementation of complex CRM ecosystems powered by Salesforce technologies. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical execution, translating requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions that integrate across systems and platforms. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to shape digital experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will also contribute to roadmap definition, best practices, and continuous innovation in Salesforce architecture. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect who thrives at the intersection of strategy, UX thinking, and enterprise technology transformation.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce architecture advisor for clients, guiding solution design, strategy, and implementation for Experience Cloud initiatives.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate complex business needs into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and applications.
  • Define solution architecture, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives and Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and development teams to ensure user-centered design principles are incorporated into digital experiences.
  • Provide expertise across Salesforce ecosystem tools including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and technical team members, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or business process design within complex environments.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, with strong preference for Salesforce platform expertise.
  • Proven track record designing scalable Salesforce solutions and integrating processes across multiple systems.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture, with additional knowledge of Service Cloud highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications in Experience Cloud and Service Cloud are strongly valued.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams using wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
  • Familiarity with solution design tools such as Lucidchart or similar diagramming platforms.
  • Experience contributing to or developing custom web components is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous learning mindset.
