About Us: At DX Foundation, where we're not just Salesforce consultants - we're architects of the digital future. Our mission is to empower businesses to unlock the full potential of their customer relationships through innovative digital experiences.

As a cross-cloud Salesforce partner with a focus, our focus isn't just on technology - it's on crafting a digital journey that enhances customer, user, and IT experiences. We lead with advisory services, ingraining best practices and strategic thinking into every implementation. At DXF, we specialize in elevating the Salesforce experience for businesses of all sizes. Our core expertise lies in integrating strategic advisory, best practices, and tailored strategies into every Salesforce implementation. By focusing on the overall digital experience, we ensure that the solutions we provide are not just technically sound but also enhance the customer and user journey.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Manufacturing Cloud and Agentforce to lead the architectural design and delivery of a standardized Land & Expand (Account Management) playbook for a multi-org Salesforce environment in the manufacturing and industrial services sector.

This high-visibility engagement requires building a simple, highly adoptable foundation focused on data hygiene and account management processes for users with low CRM maturity. The solution must emphasize decoupled architecture to support future M&A flexibility while enabling standardized reporting and visibility into recurring / installed-base revenue across a portfolio of independent orgs.

You will architect a repeatable "Crawl" phase solution centered on guided workflows, Asset tracking, and expansion opportunity management that can be efficiently stamped out across multiple Sales Cloud Enterprise orgs. If you have successfully delivered Manufacturing Cloud extensions, Agentforce implementations, and simple guided user experiences for frontline manufacturing or industrial sales teams, we want to hear from you.

This is a contractor position with a competitive rate of $80–$120 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the architectural design and delivery of a standardized Land & Expand Playbook built on Manufacturing Cloud capabilities, extending Sales Cloud to support account management, installed-base visibility, and expansion revenue tracking
  • Design and implement the Crawl-phase foundation using guided Screen Flows (Deal Wizard style) to drive simple data capture, opportunity hygiene, and Asset creation for recurring and recurring revenue visibility
  • Architect clean separation between New Business ("Hunting") and Account Management ("Farming") processes, leveraging Manufacturing Cloud objects (Assets, Entitlements, Contracts, Work Orders where applicable) and custom extensions while maintaining simplicity
  • Build a templated, repeatable solution (configuration + packageable components) that supports efficient deployment across multiple independent orgs with controlled, industry-appropriate variations
  • Incorporate Agentforce agents to automate repetitive tasks, provide guided prompts, and support low-maturity users in account planning and expansion opportunity management
  • Design lightweight, guided Account Planning experiences using Screen Flows and Agentforce to improve adoption without adding complexity
  • Ensure the architecture remains fully decoupled for M&A flexibility (no cross-org automation dependencies) while feeding aggregated data into a central reporting layer via Data Cloud.
  • Provide technical leadership to onshore delivery teams (developers, admins, QA) ensuring solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and governance standards while prioritizing radical simplicity for end-user adoption
  • Collaborate with the Principal Consultant and client stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business objectives around revenue growth from existing accounts and operational standardization
  • Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, solution blueprints, deployment playbooks, and low-code component documentation
  • Support agile delivery with all onshore resources in 2-week sprints, including discovery refinement, design reviews, sprint planning, and client-facing demos
  • Advise on license strategy, user growth (including inside sales roles), and change management considerations for low-maturity manufacturing/industrial teams
  • Architect Integration Solutions: Design and develop detailed integration architectures and workflows using Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform to align with business objectives, integrating systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, SAP, SharePoint, and external applications
  • Develop Mule Flows: Create Mule ESB projects using connectors (Salesforce, File, Database, AMQ, SMTP, Transformers, DataWeave) for both on-premises and cloud-hosted applications, utilizing synchronous and asynchronous flows
  • Data Transformation: Design and implement data transformation strategies using DataWeave to ensure consistent data formats across systems
  • API-Led Connectivity: Lead the design and implementation of API-led connectivity frameworks, including experience APIs, system APIs, and process APIs, to enhance system interoperability.
  • Error Handling & Logging: Develop robust error-handling mechanisms and logging strategies to identify and resolve integration failures efficiently
  • Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including user story estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while mentoring team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • DevOps Implementation: Build and manage Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML and Anypoint CLI scripts to streamline CI/CD processes
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with solution architects, business users, and security managers to prepare and present architecture design documents and technical specifications for approval
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage SQL and database technologies (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) to optimize data integration and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Guidance: Guide development teams across global locations to implement best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables under compressed timelines

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 4 years in a Solutions Architect or Lead Architect role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Manufacturing Cloud implementations, including Assets, Entitlements, Contracts, Program Management, and installed-base revenue tracking
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering Agentforce agents (Sales or Service) to automate processes, guide users, and improve adoption in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Demonstrated success building simple, guided user experiences (Screen Flows, dynamic forms, wizards) for low-maturity or frontline sales/users in manufacturing/industrial services organizations
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple independent Salesforce orgs with strict decoupling requirements (M&A or portfolio company environments strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud core functionality, data modeling, Flows, Lightning Pages, sharing models, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud for cross-org aggregated reporting is highly desired
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Manufacturing Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or Agentforce-related credentials
  • Understanding of manufacturing and industrial services sales motions, recurring revenue, contract management, and account planning processes
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fully onshore, agile consulting environment with incremental resourcing
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • This is a strategic, high-impact role on a flagship client engagement where your Manufacturing Cloud and Agentforce architecture decisions will directly enable standardized growth processes, improved data hygiene, and measurable expansion revenue across a diverse portfolio of manufacturing and industrial companies
  • If you are interested, please submit your resume and a brief note highlighting your most relevant experience with Manufacturing Cloud implementations and Agentforce delivery
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
