This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce consulting, client delivery, and long-term managed services engagement ownership, where you will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers optimizing their Salesforce and cloud ecosystems. You will lead the functional delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable configurations and actionable solution designs. Operating across multiple concurrent client engagements, you will ensure delivery excellence, alignment with customer goals, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities. The position requires strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and hands-on configuration, combined with a consultative mindset and strong client-facing communication skills. You will also play a key role in backlog management, user story development, and cross-functional coordination across global delivery teams. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic advisory, technical delivery, and ongoing platform optimization.
Accountabilities:
- Own and lead functional delivery for multiple Salesforce managed services engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs, configurations, and enhancement recommendations.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, define user personas, and develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and estimations.
- Manage engagement backlogs, priorities, risks, issues, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
- Perform Salesforce configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement activities across core clouds and related tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practices and guiding solution decisions across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure aligned execution and successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across functional and technical teams.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or platform experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related ecosystem components.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles including discovery, solution design, and delivery ownership.
- Proven ability to write user stories, perform estimation, and support release planning activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, flexible environments with shifting priorities.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Amazon Connect, Field Service, CPQ, or other advanced Salesforce modules.
