OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator who understands that admin work is not just about maintaining a system, but about improving how teams operate every day. This is not a passive support role. You will work directly with clients, understand their processes, and actively shape better solutions inside Salesforce.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration across multiple client orgs.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, reports, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and other automation.
- Manage user access through profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy to ensure appropriate data visibility and system security.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose better ways of working.
- Support data quality, imports, and clean-up initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and consultants on more complex solutions.
- Work directly with clients to understand needs and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (or another CRM platform)
- Solid understanding of core CRM concepts
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred or in progress
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders or clients
- Ability to think beyond “requirements” and challenge inefficient processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Proactive approach to learning and staying up to date with platform changes and best practices
- Fluent English, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Nice to have:
- Experience with nonprofit or legal tech environments
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT US
- Opportunity to be part of a skilled and highly motivated group of people.
- A relaxed, fun atmosphere and modern work environment.
- Work with interesting organizations—from small nonprofits to large law firms—on projects that bring real variety and ongoing challenges.
- Educational support - Salesforce certifications, courses, and training.
- Growth opportunities
- Team building and other organized activities.
- Rewards and bonuses.
- Gym membership and mobile plan provided.
- Birthday off.
- Company-provided work equipment.
- Remote or hybrid work.
