This role offers a chance to shape and maintain critical Salesforce solutions that drive sales and revenue operations. You will act as a technical architect and hands-on developer, designing scalable, automated, and integrated Salesforce systems that streamline business processes across sales, marketing, and operations. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable, robust technical solutions. You will lead integrations with third-party platforms, optimize Salesforce performance, and ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers to meet complex business requirements while maintaining Salesforce org stability, performance, and scalability
- Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to enhance user experience
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts, and Campaigns
- Design and implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms such as Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft
- Manage and optimize bi-directional Salesforce–HubSpot data sync to ensure consistent pipeline and customer data
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and validation of Salesforce metadata
- Serve as a technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, lead technical discovery sessions, and produce solution design documentation
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security models, and compliance best practices
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience in enterprise environments
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification — required
- Deep expertise in APEX development (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience designing and implementing REST API integrations with third-party platforms
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including data sync and field-level configuration
- Practical experience integrating Salesloft with Salesforce for sales engagement tracking and reporting
- Proficiency with version control workflows in Bitbucket or Git and experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams
