About The Job:
- Experience: 9-12 Years
Essential Job Functions:
- Designing and developing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
- Building and deploying GenAI and LLM-powered applications.
- Developing scalable inference pipelines.
- Working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Implementing model monitoring, evaluation, and optimization frameworks.
- Integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs.
- Collaborating with Data Engineering and Application teams to drive production adoption.
Qualifications:
- SQL – Advanced / Expert Level (Mandatory) – Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Complex SQL Queries.
- CTEs (Common Table Expressions).
- Window Functions.
- Query Optimization & Performance Tuning.
- Data Modeling.
- Handling large-scale datasets.
- Candidates with only basic reporting or simple query-writing experience should not be considered.

Power BI – Advanced Level (Mandatory) – Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
- DAX.
- Power Query.
- Semantic/Data Modeling.
- Enterprise Dashboard Development.
- Performance Optimization.
- The expectation is end-to-end dashboard and reporting solution development, not merely report maintenance or cosmetic enhancements.

Agentic AI – Strong Hands-on Experience (Mandatory) – Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Tool / Function Calling.
- Multi-Agent Orchestration.
- LangChain.
- LangGraph.
- Semantic Kernel.
- AutoGen.
- Copilot Studio.
- Similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Candidates must have project-level implementation experience. POCs, certifications, trainings, or theoretical exposure alone will not suffice.

Automatic Rejection Criteria
- Does not possess all three mandatory skills (SQL + Power BI + Agentic AI).
- Has only theoretical exposure to Agentic AI.
- Has worked primarily on reporting without strong SQL expertise.
- Has basic Power BI experience without DAX, semantic modeling, and performance optimization.
- Cannot demonstrate project-level evidence for Agentic AI implementation.

- Strong experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI architectures.
- Experience with RAG implementations, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

- Experience building REST APIs and integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms.
