🚀 About the Role

You will be part of a dedicated testing team responsible for introducing and expanding automated testing practices for the IRIS platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

The platform is used both internally and by pharmaceutical companies to manage processes such as medicine submission, regulatory compliance verification, and production validation.

As a Senior Automation Tester, you will collaborate closely with Testing Managers and QA professionals, while also guiding junior testers and contributing to the development of automation frameworks and quality strategies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Support the implementation of an automated testing framework for the IRIS platform.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, testing managers, and development teams.
• Coordinate with senior testers and mentor junior QA team members.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure high quality and reliability across platform features and releases.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.

🧠 Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for automated testing.
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities and support junior testers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within project timelines and deadlines.
