Senior CRM Operator – Remote
We’re hiring a Senior CRM Operator to work 100% remotely, supporting a fast‑growing U.S.-based client. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, focused on Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations.
In this role, you’ll own the implementation, optimization, and day‑to‑day performance of CRM systems (preferably HighLevel), ensuring smooth lead flow, pipeline management, automations, and accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and documenting best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and optimize CRM strategies for marketing and sales teams Design and manage pipelines, lead routing, intake flows, and appointment booking Build and maintain automations (email, SMS, workflows) Troubleshoot integrations, data flows, and system issues Optimize reporting, attribution tracking, and CRM performance Create and improve SOPs and internal documentation Communicate directly with clients using a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach Requirements
3–5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Ops Strong hands‑on experience with HighLevel CRM (or similar platforms) Solid knowledge of automation, integrations, and technical troubleshooting Autonomous, analytical, and execution‑focused mindset Advanced English (C1 / 90%) for client‑facing communication Level: Senior
