This is a remote position.<\/p>

A leading European fertility organization is rolling out a comprehensive digital ecosystem—including CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platform—to harmonize clinical operations across IVF clinics in Europe.
<\/span><\/p>

We are looking for a <\/span>senior EMR Trainer \/ Embryologist<\/span><\/b> to support clinics in:<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

  • UK & Ireland (primary focus)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Nordics (Sweden & Finland)<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    The role combines EMR training, clinical workflow optimization, and onsite support during adoption phases. You will play a key role in enabling medical and administrative staff to successfully transition to a new EMR system.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    This role requires <\/span>30–50% onsite presence<\/span><\/b> for training, support, and go\-live activities.<\/span>

    Key Responsibilities<\/span>
    <\/span><\/h2>
    • Deliver structured training on EMR features, workflows, and best practices<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Adapt training content for clinical, laboratory, administrative, and management users<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Lead onsite workshops, webinars, and one\-on\-one coaching<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Support clinics during go\-live and post\-implementation phases<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, job aids, e\-learning)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Identify workflow gaps and support adoption improvements<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Track EMR usage and drive successful digital adoption<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Communicate system updates and enhancements to end users<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

      • Advanced EMR system knowledge<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Strong experience delivering EMR training<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Good understanding of IVF clinical and laboratory workflows<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

        Profile B – Clinical \/ Embryologist\-Focused<\/span>
        <\/span><\/h3>
        • Embryologist with strong IVF lab experience<\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Experience defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Experience training colleagues and acting as EMR super user<\/span>
          <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

          Requirements<\/span>

          • 4+ years of experience in IVF \/ fertility clinics or EMR implementation in healthcare<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Experience delivering training to medical or administrative staff<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Confidence working with digital systems and healthcare software<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Fluency in English<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Based in UK, Ireland, Sweden or Finland<\/span>
            <\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Willingness to travel (30–50% onsite across regions)<\/span>
