Required:
• Software engineering experience. (7+ years)
• Experience developing production applications using Python and/or modern backend technologies.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager and related services.
• Experience with REST APIs, distributed systems and cloud-native application architecture.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Experience with application security, authentication, authorization and enterprise identity management.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Preferred:
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing enterprise SSO using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML or Active Directory.
• Experience with AI/ML or LLM-enabled applications.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or reusable application frameworks.
• Experience with industrial, energy, IoT, SCADA or operational technology environments.
• AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer certification.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test and maintain full-stack capabilities for the NextBrain cloud platform.
• Define and evolve the AWS architecture supporting NextBrain applications and services.
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices supporting NextBrain tools, agents, analytics applications and data services.
• Build reusable patterns that simplify onboarding of new applications and analytical tools into NextBrain.
• Implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Implement authentication and authorization patterns, including enterprise SSO, IAM, RBAC and application-level access controls.
