Essential Responsibilities

Strategic Process Architecture: Partner with Global Engineering and Services ITR leadership to define and institutionalize holistic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and configuration management processes and system designs. Ensure these processes optimize the end-to-end value chain, spanning demand forecasting, commercial outage planning and handover, supply chain fulfillment, and field services execution.

Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the enterprise-wide migration and integration of PLM and Service Bill of Material (SBOM) capabilities within ERP environments while influencing PLM design for future Services Lifecycle Management strategy. Define and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps, including scope definition, requirements prioritization, data integrity strategies, and business readiness/cutover planning.

System Integration & Standardization: Architect and drive the integration strategy between PLM, outage planning platforms, and ERP systems. Influence cross-functional leadership to standardize processes across all profit pools, ensuring technology investments simplify workflows and improve end-to-end transparency.

Performance Optimization & Analytics: Translate high-level business strategies into scalable, measurable process models. Establish robust governance with clearly defined ownership and KPI enablement (e.g., NVA reduction, cycle time, first-time-right metrics) to provide real-time, automated performance visibility across ITO and OTR.

Cross-Functional Change Management: Act as the primary liaison between global business stakeholders (Global Process Excellence, Region ITR, Services Operations Teams, Projects & Engineered Solutions) and IT delivery teams. Translate complex business outcomes into actionable functional requirements, ensuring high user adoption through targeted training and change management programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 10+ additional years of experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Functional expertise with GEV Applications including PLM, RealTrack, CPQ and Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud platforms, as well as ERP-integrated environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Proven experience leading service, operations, engineering transformations across regions.
- Ability to interface and influence all levels of customer organization as well as other functions
- Strong oral/written communication skills as well as interpersonal & leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
