Vasquez Law Firm is a growing law firm serving clients across immigration, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law. We are expanding our marketing and intake systems and need a skilled GoHighLevel Expert / GHL & Automation Specialist to help organize, build, and optimize our CRM infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who can take our marketing, intake, lead tracking, and follow-up processes and turn them into a clean, powerful, and well-documented system inside GoHighLevel.
About the Role
We are building and improving our CRM systems inside GoHighLevel and need an expert to organize the setup, workflows, automations, reporting, lead routing, and campaign tracking.
You will work closely with the marketing leadership team to design, organize, and structure all features and functions into a system that supports our law firm’s growth. The final goal is a fully configured GoHighLevel CRM that helps us track leads from the first marketing touch all the way to booked consultations, qualified intakes, and signed cases.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both CRM systems and marketing funnels. You should be able to turn ideas into clear workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve visibility, and help the team operate more efficiently.
- Build, organize, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM systems for Vasquez Law Firm
- Configure pipelines for different practice areas such as immigration, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law
- Design workflows around the full client journey: lead capture → follow-up → booking → intake → consultation → signed case
- Create and manage automations for SMS, email, calls, internal notifications, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
- Build custom forms, landing page connections, calendars, tags, triggers, and contact segmentation
- Improve lead routing based on source, campaign, practice area, location, language, and contact preference
- Connect GHL with tools such as CallRail, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n, and other platforms
- Help organize UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and source reporting
- Create dashboards and reports showing calls, leads, booked consultations, qualified intakes, and signed cases
- Troubleshoot broken workflows, duplicate contacts, missed notifications, attribution issues, and CRM errors
- Document all workflows, pipelines, tags, and automations clearly
- Develop a step-by-step CRM blueprint and training plan for internal team members
- Work with the marketing, intake, and operations teams to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel. You must be comfortable building systems from scratch, organizing messy CRM structures, and creating clean workflows that make sense for marketing and operations teams.
The right candidate is technical, organized, reliable, and able to explain systems clearly to non-technical team members.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience building and managing CRM systems inside GoHighLevel
- Proven experience with GHL workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, triggers, campaigns, tags, and automations
- Background in marketing, advertising funnels, lead generation, or sales operations
- Ability to structure CRM systems around the full customer journey
- Experience with lead attribution, UTMs, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM and automation issues independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working with marketing, intake, sales, and operations teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with law firms or service-based businesses
- Experience with CallRail, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience creating CRM training materials or SOPs
- Experience building dashboards for leadership reporting
- Understanding of intake workflows, appointment booking, and sales pipelines
