Senior Graphic Designer

• As a Senior Graphic Designer (Web-Focused) at BioRender, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our digital brand experience. You’ll lead the design and evolution of our web presence — from high-impact landing pages to foundational systems like web guidelines and component libraries
• This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, web, and marketing — designing intuitive, visually compelling experiences while helping establish the systems and standards that don’t yet exist. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to bring consistency and scalability to our design efforts
• Own and evolve BioRender’s web design experience, including landing pages, campaign pages, and core site improvements
• Establish and maintain web design guidelines, systems, and component libraries in Figma to drive consistency and scalability
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design high-converting web experiences that support campaigns, product launches, and experimentation
• Translate brand into engaging digital experiences, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all web touchpoints
• Design marketing collateral and brand assets across channels (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, event materials)
• Create print-ready assets using Adobe Creative Suite when needed, ensuring high-quality production standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring designs to life and iterate quickly
• Explore and incorporate AI-assisted design and coding tools to improve workflows and output quality
• Help define and raise the bar for design quality across the organization
