You're a designer at heart, a strategist in action, and a problem-solver by nature. You don't just create beautiful designs-you craft smart, strategic, and engaging visual solutions that help clients stand out and succeed. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, working seamlessly across teams to bring big ideas to life.

You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining top-notch quality. You love digging into brand identities, developing creative concepts, and working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver intuitive solutions. Most importantly, you bring a positive, can-do attitude to every project and know how to get things done efficiently and effectively.

About the Job

As a creative at KH + Madden, you'll be responsible for developing visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing solutions across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms. You'll own the creative strategy for client projects, ensuring every campaign is built for success from the start.

From crafting eye-catching designs to simplifying complex content, you'll create work that influences attitudes, drives engagement, and delivers results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, keeping everything on track and ensuring clients receive exceptional, on-brand creative solutions-on time and error-free.

What You Bring

You're an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects, with a killer online portfolio showcasing dynamic campaigns across digital, web, social, and traditional mediums. You have experience collaborating with accounts, media, production, and UX/UI teams, and you understand the power of visual storytelling in brand marketing.

Beyond just great design skills, you have a natural ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing. You're able to present and sell your work, confidently explaining the strategy behind each creative decision. Pressure doesn't shake you, and you're always willing to find a way to make things work.

At the end of the day, you're a builder-someone who loves the challenge of taking things to the next level, thrives in a work-in-progress environment, and is excited to grow alongside a talented, passionate team.

• Round 2: An interview with some of the awesome teammates you'll collaborate with.
• Round 3: A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
