Accountabilities:
The Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist will own the CRM strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that maximize the value of the platform. This role serves as a trusted advisor across business teams, ensuring the CRM ecosystem supports revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Own the HubSpot roadmap and strategy, acting as the primary subject matter expert across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Define and implement CRM governance standards, including data architecture, user permissions, automation frameworks, lifecycle management, and platform administration.
- Design and optimize CRM processes such as segmentation, lead scoring, pipeline management, workflow automation, and customer journey orchestration.
- Improve data quality and integrity through validation processes, cleansing initiatives, deduplication strategies, and user adoption programs.
- Develop reporting and business intelligence solutions using HubSpot and Power BI to measure pipeline performance, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM enhancements.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, e-commerce platforms, and marketing technologies to improve operational capabilities.
- Evaluate new CRM features and recommend improvements that generate measurable business value.
- Establish best practices, documentation, and standards to support long-term CRM scalability and adoption.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced CRM professional with strong HubSpot expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience managing CRM ecosystems in complex business environments.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Significant hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot in a complex organization.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, including workflows, reporting, automation, segmentation, and integrations.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Power BI, CRM reporting tools, and customer journey analytics.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience establishing CRM best practices, improving adoption, and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience supporting e-commerce environments, digital customer journeys, or integrated marketing and sales technology ecosystems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
