Senior Insurance Virtual Assistant (EZLynx + GoHighLevel) – Full Time | Remote



We are a growing U.S.-based insurance agency looking to hire an experienced Virtual Assistant with strong hands-on knowledge of EZLynx and GoHighLevel (GHL) to support our backend operations, automation, and agency management processes.


This is a senior-level, full-time role for someone who can step into an active system environment, identify issues, and implement solutions without needing extensive training.


About the Role
Our agency recently completed a system transition and is now focused on cleaning up, optimizing, and automating our workflows. We are seeking a professional who understands how insurance agencies operate inside an Agency Management System (AMS) and how it integrates with a CRM and marketing automation platform.


Your primary focus will be backend system management. Client-facing work may be added later, but it is not the immediate priority.


Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations within EZLynx (policy data, client records, and carrier information)
- Clean and organize existing agency data to ensure accuracy and usability
- Set up, audit, and optimize automations in both EZLynx and GoHighLevel
- Handle carrier downloads and manual data updates when needed
- Support quoting workflows and help prepare the agency for increased cross-selling activity
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to our current processes


Required Experience
You must have real, hands-on experience working with:
- EZLynx in a live insurance agency environment
- GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and marketing automation
We are specifically looking for someone who understands:
- The difference between an Agency Management System (AMS) and a CRM
- How policy downloads, carrier integrations, and workflows function within EZLynx
- How to build and maintain automation, pipelines, and follow-up sequences in GoHighLevel
This is not an entry-level role, and we are not able to provide training on these platforms.


Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CSR, operations assistant, or insurance virtual assistant
- Experience supporting quoting processes and cross-selling initiatives
- Comfortable working in a multi-carrier independent agency environment


Work Schedule
Full-time
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
100% remote
