Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable software systems that power data-driven intelligent applications
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Write clean, maintainable code that follows industry standards and includes solid documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to peers
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing infrastructure
• Influence architectural decisions that shape the long-term technical direction of initiatives
• Mentor junior teammates and share technical knowledge across the broader team

Requirements

• Proven track record with 3+ years of applied Python engineering, including building, deploying, and operating dependable AI systems and intelligent apps in production
• Substantial expertise in designing and implementing stateful multi-agent workflows, autonomous agentic systems, and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, and AWS Strands Agents SDK
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration work in real environments
• Solid background in developing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline systems
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering practices that improve interaction with language models
• Demonstrated experience establishing guardrail mechanisms to keep AI system behavior safe and controlled
• Working knowledge of knowledge graphs and their use within AI-driven solutions
• Practical experience connecting foundation models through cloud services such as AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI
• Strong capability to maintain rigorous evaluation methods, observability, and security controls in live AI deployments
• Clear communication skills with functional English proficiency (B2 level or above) to capture business needs and translate them into agentic architecture designs
