Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Long Term Contract
We're seeking a senior Salesforce contractor to architect and build a custom Salesforce implementation that moves a document-centric workflow (data trapped in Excel and PDFs) to a record-centric data model.
• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong declarative skills (custom objects, formulas, rollups, validation rules, page layouts)
• Advanced Flow expertise (record-triggered and screen flows)
• Apex (triggers, classes, test classes with 75%+ coverage)
• Lightning Web Components
• SOQL fluency
• Release management via Change Sets or DevOps Center
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (minimum)
Strongly Preferred
• Experience Cloud / LWC on portals
• Platform Developer II or Application Architect credentials
Experience with rollup patterns at scale (DLRS or custom

- Record-triggered Flows for category-level rollups and summary tables
- Internal staff screen flows for data entry and reconciliation
- A reconciliation Lightning page with one-click approve/dispute and auto-calculated totals
- Variance flag logic and automated alerts
- Dashboards across multiple audiences (per-record, operator workbench, portfolio-level)
- Lightning Web Component portal on Experience Cloud
- Apex controllers, automated calculation logic, and data migratio
