What You'll Do:
Design & optimize data models for Cosmos DB & SQL
Manage data performance, indexing, partitioning & throughput
Operate & improve ETL/ELT pipelines (Cosmos & SQL)
Implement data quality checks, monitoring & validation
Manage backup, recovery, scaling & retention policies
Secure data access using RBAC, managed identities & Key Vault
Support application teams with query tuning & data modelling
Ensure reliability & health of data platforms
What We're Looking for?
Deep understanding of Azure Cosmos DB (partitioning, indexing, RU optimization)
Strong SQL, T SQL & relational schema design
ETL/ADF pipelines & transformation logic
Data performance tuning & monitoring
Secure data patterns: managed identities, secret less access
Knowledge of serverless & event driven architecture impacts on data
Ability to troubleshoot data ingestion & transformation issues
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
