About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Technical Consultant - Salesforce with experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
In this role, you will act as both a technical lead and solution architect across Salesforce platform projects, with a primary focus on field service implementations. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions that align with client goals.
You should bring a strong development background, architectural thinking, and the ability to confidently lead client-facing discussions
Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Field Service Expertise
-Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service implementations
-Design solutions for dispatching, scheduling optimization, mobile workforce, and field operations

Solution Design & Architecture
-Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and technical requirements
-Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and related platform products

Hands-on Technical Delivery
-Build or support complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices are followed
-Contribute across declarative and programmatic development as needed

Project Leadership
-Partner with project managers to define scope, estimates, and technical roadmaps
-Ensure technical delivery aligns with solution architecture

Team Mentorship
-Guide and mentor junior consultants, developers, and administrators
-Provide clear technical documentation and implementation guidance

Client Engagement
-Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
-Present technical solutions and explain trade-offs in a clear, business-friendly manner
Required Experience
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations
- 5+ years of experience designing and building Salesforce solutions
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or architect role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud)
- Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Previous Salesforce Developer experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations)
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect or System Architect)
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving
- Plus: Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification
