ResponsibilitiesĀ Ā
Advanced PowerShell Automation Development: Develop and maintain advanced automation workflows using PowerShell, optimizing processes such as user provisioning, permission changes, resource configuration, and other operational tasks.
Microsoft 365 Operations Automation & Support: Automate and support Microsoft 365-related operations, including tenant administration, user lifecycle management, license assignments, and configuration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
M365, Windows, and File Services Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services, Windows operating systems, and Windows File Services, collaborating with senior engineers and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues.
Client Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with clients to provide status updates on incidents and projects, coach junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimal solutions.
Process Improvement & Documentation Management: Research, propose, and validate improvements to existing processes, documentation, and automation scripts; maintain and update technical documentation to support the entire team.
Application Packaging & Deployment Support: Contribute to software packaging and deployment efforts, ensuring reliable delivery of applications across managed environments.
