Work Mode: Remote
Duration: 6 months (October 2026 – end of March 2027). Extension possible based on performance
We are building AI-powered solutions and enterprise ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on ServiceNow, including Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, and AI Agents, staying hands-on across architecture, design reviews, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations, and identifying where AI can add value across workflows and platform services.
Requirements:
- 7+ years on the ServiceNow platform (solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Build Agent, IDE, and Fluent development
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English
