This is a remote position.<\/p>
We are looking for a ServiceNow Change Manager responsible for governing and managing enterprise\-wide IT change processes to ensure service stability, regulatory compliance, and minimal business disruption. The role focuses on change governance, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and continual process improvement in alignment with ITIL best practices.

Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise\-wide change management policies and procedures aligned with ITIL and regulatory standards.
<\/p><\/li>
Manage the lifecycle of all IT changes, including infrastructure, application, and security changes, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business services.
<\/p><\/li>
Evaluate change requests for risk, impact, and readiness; collaborate with stakeholders to define mitigation and rollback plans.
<\/p><\/li>
Partner with IT, business units, and compliance teams to ensure transparent communication during change planning and execution.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify opportunities to improve change processes, automation, and governance controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare reports and dashboards on change activity, success rates, incidents, and audit readiness for senior management and regulatory reviews.
<\/p><\/li>
Drive continual improvement by promoting proactive change management, risk awareness, accountability, and service stability.
<\/p><\/li>
<\/ul>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make data\-driven decisions.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong organizational, documentation, and process management skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of financial services compliance and cybersecurity principles.
<\/p><\/li>
<\/ul>
ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner Certification.
<\/p><\/li>
PMP, Prosci Change Management, or COBIT Certification.
<\/p><\/li>
Relevant cloud or technical certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.).
