ServiceNow Developer (AI & Automation)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands\-on experience in AI\-driven automation to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting\-edge AI capabilities and deliver scalable solutions that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

• Design, develop, and configure AI\-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  <\/p><\/li>

• Implement use cases using:
  <\/p>

  • Now Assist
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Virtual Agent
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Predictive Intelligence
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Agentic AI
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul><\/li>

  • Customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and conversational flows
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of AI\-powered applications
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and platform teams
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Key Skills & Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    • 4–7+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow development experience
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong exposure to ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and platform architecture
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with ITSM or other ServiceNow modules
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving, and communication skills
